Registration Information

WALK-UP REGISTRATION:
We will be holding 3 walk-up registration days during Lil Hoopsters at Clovis West near the main gym entrance.  We would be happy to discuss and answer any questions you may have during these 3 Saturdays:

Walk-up Registration Day #1 - January 7th, 2023 (9am-2pm), Clovis West Main Gym

Walk-up Registration Day #2 - January 14th, 2023 (9am-2pm), Clovis West Main Gym

Walk-up Registration Day #3 - January 21nd, 2023 (9am-2pm), Clovis West Main Gym

 **note that early registration discounts are applied at WALK-UP & ONLINE registrations.
$30 discount for registrations on or before 12/31/22
$20 discount for registrations on or before 1/8/23
$10 discount for registrations on or before 1/15/23

 

ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION  
Registration will open Thanksgiving week. Please check back!

Please read the following to help make your registration process go smoothly.  All registration needs to be done through this system.  If you have any questions regarding your registration please email the REGISTRAR. 

  • All families will be required to create an SIPlay account the first time logging into our system.  Please add all family members, players and parents by choosing the add children or add adult options (additional contact information such as phone numbers and emails can be added when another adult is added to the account). 
  • Through the registration system you will have access to all account information, including payments due, payments received, due dates, outstanding balances, etc. 
  • CWBR accepts Visa/MasterCard and Debit Cards and payment mailed in by check.  
  • The entire registration process occurs over a secure server using the highest security currently available. 
  • If you have multiple players, please register them all at the same time.  To do this, after completing one registration, click register another player.  Once you have registered a player(s) click on check out. 
  • You can volunteer as a coach or assistant coach when filling out the parent information during registration.  Alternatively you can email us at cwbrbaseball@gmail.com 

     

Registration will open Thanksgiving week for all divisions:​

  • Instructional (4-6 yr olds) : Coach pitch, focus on fundamentals.
  • Rookie (7-8 yr olds): Player pitch, continue to develop fundamentals.
  • Minors (9-10 yr olds): Player pitch, expanded rules including strikeouts, walks and stealing.
  • Majors (11-12 yr olds): Player pitch, larger field dimensions, leadoffs.
  • Preps (13-15 yr olds)
